Ron J. Trucks, Owner/Principal of RJT Consulting, LLC

With almost thirty years of experience working with St. Louis area small businesses and non-profit organizations, RJT Consulting has the range of experience to help almost any business type or owner (and if we can't, we'll be the first one to tell you!)

Our Owner, Ron J. Trucks...

...began his career in the hospitality industry working both with small, independent hotels, restaurants and nightclubs, as well as on the corporate design and property-opening and renovation/upgrade teams for large, national and international firms including Hampton Inn, Country Kitchens, Country Inns, Regal Hotels, Millennium Hotels and more.

Building on his experience in operations and business start-up/revitalization, Ron began working with privately owned businesses and non-profit firms in his home town of St. Louis, MO in a wide variety of fields and industries.

In addition to his professional work in small-business support, Ron is also an adjunct instructor at Jefferson College in Hillsboro, MO in the Business Management department and has served on various boards and in many volunteer positions. Those include volunteering on the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee for Arsenal Credit Union, working to develop leadership skills with 100's of members of national fraternities and sororities, and working with troubled youth dealing with identity and self-confidence issues.
